The motor is open-type , it adopts box-type , the appearance is beautiful and generous . The stator adopts press-fit structure , the stator winding adopts F insulation material , the end has reliable fixed binding . It passed many times interturn pulse voltage experiment and ground pressure resistance experiment during the manufacturing process , and it adopts foreign advance vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint technology (VPI) process , therefore , the motor has excellent and reliable insulation performance , good mechanical strength , strong moisture resistance . The winding rotor are made of pure copper-bar , and use F insulation material . there are two types of rolling bearing and sliding bearing , which depends on the motor power and rotation speed . This series of motor are suitable for the indoor environment which the altitude doesn’t exceed 1000M , the ambient temp. is below 40℃ , and there is little dust , no corrosive and explosive gases such as steam , acid , alkali , etc., If there is a lot of dust in the operation environment , the inside of the motor should be cleaned regularly and do a good job of dust prevention of bearing .
