YKK series of high voltage three phase induction motor are enclosed squirrel-cage rotor asynchronous motors with air-to-air cooling . The structure is reasonable and the technology is advanced .  It has the advantages of high efficiency , energy saving , low noise , low vibration , reliable operation , convenient installation and maintenance .

The motor adopts box-type structure , the frame is welded with steel plate , it has light weight and strong rigidity . The enclosed air-to air cooler is installed on the top of the motor , which is convenient for disassembly and assembly , and it is convenient for the installation and repair of the motor . The stator adopts press-fit structure , the stator winding adopts class F insulation material , and the end has reliable fixed binding . It passed many times interturn pulse voltage experiment and ground pressure resistance experiment during the manufacturing process , and it adopts foreign advanced vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) technology treatment , therefore , the motor has excellent and reliable insulation performance , good mechanical strength , and strong moisture resistance . The squirrel cage rotor are manufactured of adopting advanced and reliable cast-aluminum technology . There are two types of bearings , one is ball bearing and the other one is cylindrical roller bearing , which depends on power and rotation speed .

The power level , installation dimension , electrical performance of this series of motors are in accordance with the national standard GB755-2000((rotated motor rating and performance )) , mechanical industry standard JB/T10315.2 and relevant  IEC60034-1 standard . At present , the product has low energy consumption and stable operation , and has been widely recognized by the customers in the market .

The motor can be used to drive a variety of different machines , such as ventilators , compressors , crushers , stock-removing machine , transportation machine , and other equipments , and can be used as prime motor to drive blower , coal mill , steel rolling mill , and winch in various industry and mining enterprises such as mining , mechanical industry , petroleum industry , and generator .
