Y2 series of high voltage three phase induction motor (frame size 355～560MM ) is a new generation of newly designed products , it is compact type enclosed squirrel cage rotor motor . The structure is reasonable and the technology is advanced , and it has the advantage of high efficiency energy saving , low noise , low vibration , reliable operation , and convenient installation and maintenance .

The motor adopts the base with full cooling fin , which has high mechanical strength and good rigidity . it adopts magnetic slot wedge to improve the efficiency of the motor and has good economical efficiency . It adopts low-glue insulation system , F level insulation material , and it adopts imported advanced vacuum pressure impregnation and solvent-free paint (VPI) process treatment , the main insulation and conductor interturn insulation have high impact strength , it adopts solid cast-aluminum rotor which ensure the reliability of the motor , totally enclosed fan cooled design .

The power level , installation dimension , electrical performance are in accordance with the national standard GB755-2000((rotated motor rating and performance )) , mechanical industry standard JB/T10315.2 and relevant standard IEC60034-1 . At present , the motor has low energy consumption , stable operation , and has been widely recognized by customers in the market .
