YB3 motor is high efficiency explosion-proof motor basic series designed and developed by our company adopting advanced technology at home and abroad , and combining the actual situation of our countries’explosion-proof motor industry and market , it is updated product of YB2 motor . The efficiency index comply with the stipulation of “motor energy saving value grade 3” in GB18613-2012((small and medium three phase induction motor efficiency value and efficiency level )) and IEC 60034-30-2008 efficiency standard level IE2 .

This series of motor comply with the stipulation of the international standard GB3836.1-2010 ((explosive environment Part 1 : the general requirement of the equipment )) and GB3836.2-2010 (( explosive environment part 2 :  the protected equipment by explosion-proof house”d” )) . Meanwhile , the explosion-proof structure and parameter’s design refer to the standard IEC60079-1(( the structure and experiment of the electrical equipment explosion-proof house )) and EN50018(( the electrical equipment used in explosive environment “d” )) . The motor are made into explosion-proof type .

Explosion-proof standard ExdI Mb , EXDIIBT4 Gb , ExdIICT4 Gb , which are respectively suitable for underground fixed equipment in coal mines and factories with IIA IIB IIC , and places with explosive gas mixtures in the temperature group of T1～T4 .
