The motor stator winding adopts F insulation material , the winding end has reliable binding and fixing , and it adopts vacuum pressure impregnation(VPI) technology treatment , so the stator has higher electrical strength , mechanical strength , good corrosive resistance , moisture resistance , and thermal stability . The rotor adopts squirrel cage rotor structure or cast-aluminum structure , it has low vibration through high precision calibration of dynamic balance , motor rotated balance . The terminal box is split-half type , the wiring cavity is large , the cable head is reserved for cooper connection . The insulation sleeve for the aluminum cable and the fixing wiring screw bolt is made of DMC material , which has higher resistance to explosive impact force . Advanced explosive structure can made into EXDI , EXDIIA ,EXDIIB level products .
